Who can place orders in the Cheyenne shop?

 

This Cheyenne shop is an EU- (including Norway) and UK-shop only, so orders can be placed only by users who have a shipping address in the UK or in one of the countries of the European Union. If you want to purchase to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines or Malaysia please go click on the region selector in the upper part of the shop.

 

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

 

In the Cheyenne shop you can make a purchase with or without a VAT number. If you have a valid VAT number, we will only charge the net price. If you don’t have a VAT number, we will charge the gross price. Every customer will receive a receipt, accounted according to the mentioned options.

Which payment methods can I choose from?

 

At the moment you can use one of the following payment methods:

Why can’t I see the payment method I prefer?

 

Some payment methods which are connected to a banking card (for example Bancontact or Carte Bancaire) will not be displayed in the selection of payment methods. Just enter your card number and the system will recognize it as an available payment method. You will find other payment methods available in your country (like PayPal) in the right tab of the payment method selection.  

 

My payment process failed. What can I do?

 

Please try placing your order once again, to make sure that a system failure did not occur. If you still cannot proceed with your payment, please contact your banking provider to check, if your payment isn’t being blocked by them.

How and when will I receive my receipt?

 

You will receive your receipt per email, this might take a few days. 

 

Taxes and VAT

 

What kind of VAT-number do I need?

 

For a purchase within the European Union you need a European VAT-number. Otherwise 19% value added tax will be calculated. 

 

VAT-number format

Please type your VAT-number in the following format: YY123456789. Use your country code without a space behind it and up to 12 numbers. 

 

There is a warning message, that my VAT-number is not valid.

If you have a valid VAT-number, but our VAT checker rates it as not valid, please contact our support shop@cheyennetattoo.com

 

Why do I still see the gross price, even though I have a valid VAT number?

 

The VAT is being checked in relation with the shipping country. If you entered a valid VAT number, but did not save an address in your account, you will see the gross price until you proceed to the shipping details during the checkout process.

 

Shopping

 

How can I check the availability of a product?

 

In our shop you can only see products, which are on stock. 

 

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

 

You can add your discount code to your purchase in your shopping cart. You can do it while shopping and add further products to your cart or do it before proceeding to the checkout process.

 

How can I cancel my order?

Can I place an order as a guest?

 

At the moment only registered users can place an order. Please create an account here. 

 

I forgot the password for my account. How can I restore it?

 

Go to the login page and click the “Forgot password?” button. Then follow the instructions to restore your password.

 

Shipping & Returns

 

How much does the shipping of my purchase cost?

 

At the moment we offer free shipping for all purchases.

 

What are the shipping options?

 

Your package will be delivered by the UPS.

 

How long will my shipping take?

 

Your purchase is normally processed within 24 hours, so your package should be delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation there might be a shipping delay.

 

How can I track my order status?

 

You can only track the shipping status of your order. Please use the tracking ID that we will forward to you after transfering your purchase to the UPS.

 

How do I return an item?

 

As the Cheyenne shop is a B2B shop only, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This does not apply to damaged products and wrong deliveries. In this case please contact shop@cheyennetattoo.com.

 

Service

 

How long is the warranty period of the Cheyenne products?

 

The tattoo machines of the HAWK series and our POWER UNITs come with a warranty of 24 months. The tattoo machines of the SOL series come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty applies starting with the date of purchase. Under some circumstances we will grant an extra 6-month warranty after having your product repaired.

 

How to return equipment for repair or replacement?

 

To send the equipment to our repair center (Europe only), please fill out this contact form and send the device to our repair service in Berlin.
